Often don’t need because of ‘wings’ on seats or business seats BUT still carry an inflatable one as it takes no space and works well in a pinch.
Never know when something happens and end up in a middle seat in the back of the plane. I have a “Tavelrest” inflatable travel pillow (you can goggle it). I do not like the pillows that wrap around your neck (feels like a neck brace). The pillow I mentioned lets me lay my head one way or the other without the worry of accidently drifting off and having my head in someone’s lap.
