Neck kills I can barley lift my head off the pillow.I feel extremly dizzy when walking.I cant stand for long?
When I walk I have to stop and sit down. Tylenol doesnt do anything. Tried a heating pad it only works for a little bit.

When we don’t exercise our muscles, including our neck muscles they become weak and tight they cause us pain. You need to start a neck stretching exercises. Search on the Internet for a program. There are plenty out there. Make sure the instructions are clear and that they have a picture of each exercise before you do them. This will prevent injury and additional pain. These exercises should be simple,quick and done daily. Use Ice not heat, 20 minutes per hour as tolerated. Try taking 2 Tylenol and 1 Ibuprofen together with food for pain. If you need to seek medical care try calling your Doctor before going to the Emergency Room. Emergency Rooms are costly and most time you have a long wait. Try to do the exercises routinely and it will lessen the pain.
