Tempur-Pedic pillow question?
How long does it take for a Tempur-pedic pillow to get soft? I have the bellapilow and it’s so hard right now my shoulders are not on the mattress and it’s very uncomfortable. So please help.

Tempur-Pedic products have to be broken in. The mattresses are the exact same way. What i’d recommend is place the pillow on the carpet, and step on it a few times (with your socks on) it should soften up a bit.
This is perfectly normal with their products.
It probably won’t break down. You may have gotten the wrong type. And if your shoulders aren’t touching…it could be the wrong size for you. Try rotating it…does it have the curve in it? There should be a warranty if you don’t like it. I know with the mattresses they have a 90 day guarantee. Good luck.
