What is the best pillow for someone with neck problems?
I’ve been using a memory foam contour pillow but maybe I have the wrong brand. My neck and shoulder hurt every morning. On a big fluffy pillow my arm actually falls asleep and aches.

I’ve been using a Chiroflow pillow, which is a pillow that is filled with water. This pillow contours to the natural arches and curves of your neck. I’ve always had problems with my pillows being either too low or high. With the Chiroflow, I get to fill it up to my liking. Maybe you should visit a Chiropractor as well?
