What is the best pillow for neck-pain and headaches????
I cant take it anymore and really need a good pillow. I must’ve gone through 5 different pillows the past 2 months and nothing is working. Every morning i wake up with a pounding headache and pain in my neck. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good pillow??? PLEASE HELP!

I get those too.
In my case, the problem was when I would lie down, I ended up putting my shoulders on my pillow, so the pillow wasn’t supporting my neck. This would cause it to become very sore and stiff. Another problem I had was with how I was sitting at work – always slouching forward, etc. This also put a lot of strain my neck muscles and caused headaches.
I sleep on my side a lot, so I got a very firm pillow so my neck was supported – but not being bent up (too high) or falling over (too low). Costco used to sell these pillows that were a normal fiber-fill pillow on one side, but had a layer of memory foam on the other. This provided the support I needed, and didn’t cost a lot of money. You could also look into those Tempurpedic memory foam pillows. They’re very expensive but being able to get a good night’s sleep may make one a worthy purchase.
Finally, you may want to see a physical therapist or chiropractor, as neck pains are usually indicative of a larger problem stemming from lack of exercise and stretching. My chiropractor has a background in sports medicine and assigns specific exercises to her patients to help with their issues. This has been a lot more effective than simply getting a massage every week!
Sit in a normal chair, feet on the ground. Now twist your upper body and neck as far as you can to one side without moving your lower body or your feet. Hold that for 10 seconds, then twist the other way and hold for 10 seconds. Do this a few times during the day and it should help a little.
