They have pillows aboard but not specifically the "neck" type. If you want to be sure to have a neck pillow, buy one of those U-shaped inflatable ones.
I don’t think any airline provides a neck-pillow even for business or first class not unless you may want to try to request it before you travel. Suggesting to try that then if they said no, you may want to bring it on your own.

They don’t have pillows for the neck but i bet they will have pillows for the head.
