Ideal pillow for under £30 for neck ache?
I’m assuming that memory foam is generally the best fabric, but what is the best shape, I would appreciate model numbers or links to the websites please if you can.

A great pillow for you is a cervical support neck pillow that will align your head and neck while you are sleeping- this will prevent you from waking up with a stiff neck in the morning. Arc 4 Life has a great pillow with lots of good reviews called the Cervical Linear Traction Neck Pillow- and they will ship to the UK. The price range may be a little more than what you are looking for. Here is the link so you can see what the pillow looks like: http://www.arc4life.com/site/615058/page/158456
Hope this helps and Happy New Year !
I didn’t care for memory foam but everyone is different – I use a latex foam designed for back sleepers. I have chronic neck pain for a variety of reasons and on bad days there is an absolutely free way to sleep with maximum support – first always sleep on your back (as a lifelong stomach sleeper this was the hardest for me), second take a hand towel and roll it up, put it under your neck – use no other pillow. My physical therapist recommended this instead of wasting money on an expensive pillow and it works wonders.
