Pillow for neck and back?
I have horrible neck and shoulder pain. I have been diagnosed with fibromalgia as well. Does anyone know from experience, a good pillow to use to ease pain in neck and shoulders while sleeping? Thanks!!

You should try one of those foam pillows that have the groove "built" in so your head fits into it. I have one and I love it. I used to suffer from upper back aches. I wish I knew the brand that made them. I’m sure if you looked up "foam pillow" on any search engine, you should be able to find it.

With this pillow you can sleep on your back or on your side. Because you mentioned TMJ issues- you may not want to sleep on your side.
