A cervical pillow is what you are looking for. It will help hold your neck in a natural curve. You can get them at a chiropractic office, pharmacy and sometimes at JC Penneys.
I have a buckwheat hull pillow, actually two of them. The hulls will cradle your head and neck…I just hold the other one. I can;t sleep without them and even take them if I travel. They are great!!!
I have a temperpedic pillow and a goose down pillow. I love them both and sleep on one or the other depending on how I feel. They both work great! Be prepared to spend some dough…goose down…$50
Temperpedic…$100
