What is better: Tempur Pedic pillow or IKEA memory foam pillow?
I hear great things about the TP but a friend told me IKEA has the same for less, is it the same?

Haven’t tried IKEA. I have a Tempur Pedic and don’t like it. You fall asleep in one position and the foam eventually puts up resistance around your ear. If you don’t turn over in the middle of the night or something, you wake up with an ear ache. Maybe something with a little less resistance (memory) would be better.
I’ve since gone back to a more conventional (albeit, a bit more expensive than a cheap one) pillow and have been much better off.
