what kind of pillow can i get for an achey neck?
I’ve get neck aches a few times a week, and I’m starting to think it’s from my pillows. I’m never really comfortable on them. I’m looking for a pillow that is just so comfortable I want to sleep the second I lay on it! What kind of pillow would you reccomend?

I was having some neck pain and I got a memory foam pillow that supports your neck from Target. I was taking OTC pain relievers and they were not very helpful. I probably should have seen a doctor, and you probably should too, but since I got that pillow I haven’t had a bad neck since.

I sprained my neck a few years ago and couldn’t find a pillow that helped. The lady at physical therapy suggested taking a towel (whatever is comfy for you) and rolling it to the thickness you want. This way you can have more or less arch in your neck as you need it for that moment. I still do this to this day- if I don’t have a towel handy I can use my shirt or something like that.
