Do you have a memory foam pillow?
I have alot of neck pain and I was wondering if a memory foam pillow would really help?

I got one, and it made my neck pain worse, so I gave it to my mom and she loves it. I think it depends a little on your own anatomy.
I have one but not for neck pain it just felt more confortable because it fit my head shape. it mite help! good luck
I have had a couple because I too get neck pains when I am sleeping… I’d recommend a block one, and not one with curves in it because it provides more cushion
I tried this pillow, and I did not like it.
I had a bad cramp like pain that wouldn’t go away for a week, and I bought a memory foam pillow. It was gone in two days. If you decide to get one, don’t bother buying one of the expensive ones, just go to wal-mart or target and they will have them.
It made my neck hurt worse. I have neck and back injurys with allot of tight muscles in the shoulders and neck area. The pillow made me worse because I could not keep my shoulders pushed up against it no matter what I did. So I ended up straigning my neck. I also tried sleeping with my shoulders on the pillow a bit (not the proper way mind you) but I could not get any support that way.
It works great for some people though.
