For me: THE PLUS: Memory foam pillows are hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant but those with multiple chemical sensitivities should avoid them, since some brands outgas a bit when they are new. Memory foam is very comfortable but not so malleable as latex. For me THE MINUS: retains body heat and I can’t stand that! I spent a fortune on mine, but at least now I know not to spend another fortune on the mattresses.
