what is the best pillow to buy to prevent waking up with neck aches?
I have some northern night feather down pillows and if I don’t adjust them just right sometimes they are too flat and I wake up with neck strain. I see memory foam pillows that cost 30.00 each. So does anyone know a pillow they love?

good question. I wake up with neck aches constantly. My pillow is so flat its like sleeping on a folded blanket.
I love my buckwheat hull pillow a bit pricey but it’s the best pillow I have ever used….
a temperpidic works for me. they are expensive but they work. hope it works for ya i know
I use a Therapeutica pillow. They look weird but give you neck support for back or side sleeping, on either side. It’s foam but not memory foam…I LOVE it!! It’s the only pillow I’ve ever used that doesn’t cause neck pain, including memory foam. Pricey but worth it, just make sure you get the right size.
