I had a contour one and it about broke my neck. I would look for one that’s shaped like a regular pillow instead. Spending a little more is well worth the money too. I had a cheap one at first and it flattened out in no time. I’d also look for one that has a washable cover and is hypo-allergenic. They are worth every penny!
They are very hot. You will wake up sweating. They are very comfortable but I would only use them if I lived in Alaska or someplace very cold. We had to get rid of our and they were expensive!

I have a memory foam mattress but can’t use the memory foam pillows. They just weren’t comfortable for me, I need something very firm for a pillow.
