You should never use any type of pillow for a baby, they can suffocate. If he/she still has flat head, you are not giving your baby enough tummy time. The head is soft so it molds, if they just lay on their back then they get falt head, if they also have tummy time where they also lay on the sides of their head they even themselves out. Give the baby lots of tummy time to try to undo the flattness. My children never slept on their backs, they never had a lick of trouble and all of their heads are perfectly shaped. They got back time as well as tummy time. My father- in -law was an EMT and he had more deaths from babies choking on spit up than from SIDS, so I always put mine on their tummies.
The only way to keep your baby from getting a flat head is to have him sleep a different way each night so he’s getting equal time on each side of his head. One night on one side, on night on the back and one night on the other side. I did this with my son and he has NO flat spots. Good Luck!
I didn’t know they made pillows for babies; I’d always heard that you shouldn’t use a pillow with a baby. SIDS risk.
Don’t leave your baby laying on its back when it’s awake; give it tummy time, put it in a car seat or bouncy seat, or pick it up and walk around with it. Its head will probably round out in time. (Sorry for referring to your baby as "it" but you didn’t specify gender.)
Well you shouldnt be using a pillow with a baby anyhow. However if a child lays in one position to long then they get "flat head" pick that child up lay them on their side and so forth however most babies are able to move their own heads from side to side so "flat head" shouldnt be a major concern
My baby head was flat, after noticing I began to lay my baby on his stomach to sleep it only took a few days untill his head was normal. But remember what they say about laying a baby on there stomach so be cautious if you do.
Memory foam pillows are WAY TOO SOFT FOR A BABY TO SLEEP ON.
Don’t want your baby to have a flat head, keep them out of car seats, chairs, bouncy seats, swings, and off their back when they are awake. End of story.
Once your baby has a flat head keeping them off it while they are awake may help, but it needs to be monitored by a doctor.
don’t put a baby on a pillow to sleep it could sufficate!!! Try to hold the baby more and also prop it up so it is not always laying down. My baby never got a flat head due to my actions

That means the baby is laying down too much. Pick the baby up. Poor thing.

you should be using a pillow for your baby…change the babies position in bed and use a roll to prevent the baby from rolling back
