What is the very best pillow to combat neck pain?
I am in pain every day. I have tried rubbing the neck with liniment and applying hot wheat bags, even exercises for the neck, but the pain is right up the back of the neck , to the lower head on one side A doctor suggested a pinched nerve but this has gone on for weeks . Is there a pillow to give some relief?
No not really.Neck pain ,other than caused by an accident is usually tension and no matter what pillow you use it has no effect.Your doctor is quite right by saying it’s a pinched nerve. It can be so easily fixed by a chiropractor.The longer you wait though the more the nerve is pinched and you won’t get any relieve with a different pillow.I know because I suffer from tension in my neck and so the nerves get pinched,I have about 6 different pillows and none do the job.I go on a regular bases to have it adjusted and it helps.
