What pillow is good for neck and shoulder aches?
What would be a good pillow to buy to reduce neck pains and shoulder pains? I’d really like a memory foam one, but am not sure what brand to even buy. The sleep number are like 0, whereas on overstock.com I found some other brands for cheaper.
Serta looked really comfy.
Any knowledge about this subject? opinions or customer reviews?
Also, would I need any special accessories? I have a large pillowcase that I hope will work fine.

I think memory foam pillows are the best for the neck and shoulders by far. You can get one with a silk cover… it’s so nice. They have them at Target, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond… etc.

A contoured memory foam pillow. They have them at Target and Walmart. I love mine a lot.
I use a contour pillow from Wal-mart @ $20.00. I had problems with shoulder pain when sleeping on side. My head now rests comfortably in the groove of the contour pillow and neck is supported. I’ve had it about 2 years and the memory foam keeps it returning to shape.
