People have different opinions about pillows. If the have some on the plane I would use those.
The ones they have on the plane.
I find that the U shaped pillows are the best as they protect your neck better. I have an inflatable one so its easier to pack.
I find with the airline pillows that if I fall asleep my neck ends up in weird angles and I get off the plane with a stiff neck.
