I have the tempur pedic pillow and it sagged or lost it’s full foam support after 3 months!

If you still have your receipt either take it back to where you bought it or contact Tempur Pedic. No that is not normal; you probably have a defective piece of foam.
The mattresses are fine; there are very few problems with them as a whole, except their often prohibitive cost.
I would that that’s rare. I’d also bring it back for a refund/replacement.

No, it does not sag. I have one that I love. It is almost 10 years old and it does not sag. My back used to kill me every morning and since I have been sleeping in my tempurpedic bed I have no backaches. It is quite heavy though. but I love it dearly. It always springs back. I have had a pillow go flat on me too. I just got another one.
I have a Tempurpedic Mattress and it doesn’t sag at all. It’s about 3 years old and has done a world of good for my back. It was probably one of the best purchases of my life. I would think that your pillow sagging is probably a defect with just that pillow and it shouldn’t reflect on Tempurpedic at all. Here’s some info on the mattress I have.
