You can easily go to some drug store like Rite Aid and purchase a really cheap one there. If you’re looking for a more comfortable and better quality one, try Brookestone. They have really soft ones but they’re pretty expensive.

Make your own. Get a piece of 3" to 5"thick foam (like used in pillows or packaging. It should be a square that’s about12"x12" or bigger cut the foam in a U shape, then take terrycloth or fabric of your choice and cut in a U shape just a little larger than you cut the foam, then stitch the fabric closed around the foam. Making a stitch will close the material covering the foam. If you’re not that good at sewing then leave the material off and just use the foam.
