Going to a chiropractor hurst?
I have a week with really bad pain in my neck, I think was bad position when i was sleep, because I wake in the middle of the nite with pain, but this never go away, I can t move to much my neck because hurst, feel like my head is falling down, and some back pains too, mostly my neck is the problem.
I never see a chiropractor in my life, hurst??, my husband thinks I really need see one, I buy a contour memory foam pillow hopefully works better, thanks.

I think it is a good idea to see a chiropractor – they will do a consultation, exam and even take x-rays if necessary. Sleeping in an awkward position can cause a stiff neck and sleeping on a good neck support pillow is a good idea.
It appears that you have a lot more than neck pain going on- and I would definitely get checked out.
Good Luck.
Going to a chiropractor is about as uncomfortable as cracking your knuckles. I go to one on a regular basis for chronic back problems and it helps me. My 19 year old son also goes for neck and shoulder pain.
You are not better because a chiropractor cannot fix your condition or any other. At best they would just make your muscles feel better. I would advise that your do everything you can to avoid chiropractic treatment as it will often do more harm than good.
Chiropractors have to believe that everything causes conditions that only they can fix so they can convince patients that we can’t live comfortably without visits twice per week.
I had a stroke last year as a result of chiropractic treatment and have since made it a priority to raise awareness of the dangers of chiropractic care. Please visit this website to read my story and similar ones of other victims so you may be aware of the risks and make an informed decision about treatment.
