What kind of pillow is best for a side/belly sleeper?
I was looking at one of those contoured memory foam pillows, but it was rather expensive and the store had a no return policy, so I decided to look into it a little first. I sleep with my head on the very corner of the pillow usually with one arm underneath, so the pillow can’t be too large or it’s uncomfortable. The one I have now is about as thick as a piece of paper and i have to fold it once or twice for it to be comfortable. I do have back problems, but I seldom sleep on my back and I have an apple core pillow from my chiropractor for that eventuality. Any advice on what kind of pillow would be best for me would be much appreciated.

There are pillows made especially for side sleepers and belly sleepers. Even so, you might have to try a few different pillows before you find the one that is right for you. When you find one you like, buy a few, because the people that make pillows change their pillows regularly and you won’t be able to purchase your pillow in 6 months.
Soft to medium firm. That way your neck is not bent backwards like you would with a firm pillow.
I love sleeping on my belly!
