What is the best type pillow to sleep on?

I have a tempurpedic pillow and just love it! I also have a generic memory foam pillow from Sams Club. Of the two, I definitely prefer the Tempurpedic pillow. It has the Cashemere cover on one side and satin on the other, so one a hot night I turn it on the satin side. I don’t have any experience with sleeping with a travel pillow except on an airplane. I had whiplash from a car accident once and used a cervical pillow for a while. I didn’t really care for it though.
There is a pillow out now that shapes to the form of your neck and body.It is filled with water.Very comfortable and form fitting.I have a deteriorating spine and neck problems,this is the best thing for you.You can pick them up almost anywhere like walmart or whatever they cost about 50dollars,but well worth it.
